Thursdays 7:00 pm to 8:00 pmThe Thursday orientation for beginners at 6:15 – 6:45 PM is designed to teach the basics of karate, including stances, strikes, blocks, kicks, beginning partner work and everything you will need to advance to your yellow belt, your first earned belt. As an instructor, I can dedicate my time to help the students get a good foundation that will be used throughout all of their belt levels. This class is meant for ages 4 and older, anyone who is starting and likely have never participated in any martial arts before.The regular class at 7 – 8 PM, is meant to be training at a higher level, performing more advanced forms (kata), partner work drills (kumite), and health instrument (kobudo) training. This class is for all ages. Students who have first attended the beginners class can join this class when they are ready. In this class, you will be taught the requirements for each of the colour belts up to and including black belt.Registration is ongoing. Go left into the first door on the south (right) side of the building (main doors) and go up the stairs.You do not need to phone, simply go to the class.
Train at any club anytime after registering.
