Tomorrow is the big day! See you at Chestermere Recreation Centre, 201 W Chestermere Dr, Chestermere. Starts at 10:00 am. Please bring a plastic bag for your wet shoes. We recommend you bring drinks and snacks. The Tournament takes several hours. Good luck to all participants!

ACKU Clubs that are open tonight (Halloween) are ACKU DeWinton, ACKU Strathmore and ACKU Panorama.
ACKU Clubs that are closed are ACKU Mount Pleasant and ACKU Altadore.

ACKU Tournament will be Sunday, November 12 at Chestermere Recreation Centre, Chestermere, Alberta.
Start time is 10:00 am.

You can still join us on Saturday, October 14, for the one day only seminar with Sensei James Tawatao, President of the Las Vegas Ozawa Cup Tournament.
You may register at the door.
Location is ACKU Mount Pleasant (602 22nd Ave. NW).
There are two classes.
The first is 9:00 am to noon and covers Bassai Dai, Kanku Dai, and Empi. 
The afternoon is 1:30 pm – 4:30 pm and covers Jion, Kanku Sho and Nijushiho.
Cost is $90.00+gst.

Soke Bray will now be teaching at ACKU Mount Pleasant Marmot dojo every Monday, starting Monday, October 2.
Class time is 6:45 pm – 7:45 pm
The schedule will be handbook material for Yellow, Orange and Green belts plus Jo training.
All ACKU members are encouraged and welcome to join the Marmots!
Remember you must have a regulation Jo, either a Youth or Adult size, to compete and test at any ACKU event, purchased from ACKU.
No spectators, only registered ACKU families please.  (Register and observe Thursdays only)
